2. Data collected
We may collect identification and contact details of the parent/guardian, information required to organise the party or activity, the child’s identity and age, preferred dates, menu choices and voluntarily provided information about allergies, dietary restrictions, medication or specific needs.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to requests, manage bookings and registrations, organise activities, comply with legal obligations and protect children’s safety. Any health data provided is processed with explicit consent and solely for safety and suitability of the activity.
4. Children’s data
Forms must be completed by a parent/guardian or legal representative. We collect only the information needed to provide the service and ensure safety.
5. Retention
Unconfirmed requests will be deleted or anonymised within a maximum of 6 months. Data relating to completed bookings will be retained for the period necessary to provide the service and to comply with applicable legal, tax and liability periods. Health information will be deleted once it is no longer necessary after the activity, unless retention is required by law.
6. Recipients and suppliers
Data may be processed by authorised Magic Park staff and strictly necessary service providers, such as website hosting, WhatsApp and future management tools, always limited to the stated purposes. Sending through WhatsApp is subject to that service’s terms and privacy policy.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, restriction, objection, portability where applicable and erasure of your data, and withdraw consent, by contacting magicpark.fantasiaoredor@gmail.com or 924 237 242. Exercising these rights is free unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
8. Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. Avoid including unnecessary information in free-text fields. This website does not automatically confirm bookings: the team reviews the data before any confirmation.
10. Website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (ID G-GCZ3XGQPF9) to produce aggregate statistics about website usage. Analytics is disabled by default and is enabled only after a positive choice in the cookie banner. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the cookie preferences.
11. Famílias da Casa
This loyalty programme is optional and requires the guardian’s explicit agreement recorded at the counter. Eligibility uses only recorded paid-entry dates for the family: at least six distinct visit days, with the first visit at least 180 days ago. After enrolment, the family can receive one coffee or tea every 90 days, subject to availability. We record enrolment, redemption date and product to prevent duplicate claims. Children’s ages are not used. Enrolment does not opt you in to marketing emails and can be cancelled at the counter; records required for accounting are kept for the applicable retention period. The existing Cartão Mágico remains separate.

When you select a Pralili cake and authorise sharing in the form, we send only the cake reference, date/time, size, sponge, fillings, inscription/theme and cake-specific dietary restrictions you enter. The complete party booking and your contact details are not shared.
