1. Nature des demandes
Submitting a form is only an availability or registration request. A booking is confirmed only after explicit contact from Magic Park and agreement on date, conditions and payment.
2. Fêtes d’anniversaire
The planned duration is 2h30. The minimum booking is 10 children and the stated maximum capacity is 30 children. Prices, menus and extras are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Horaires
Standard time slots are 10:00–12:30, 14:00–16:30 and 17:00–19:30. The chosen time is secured only after written confirmation.
4. Paiement, modifications et annulations
Aucune caution n’est demandée pour effectuer une réservation. L’annulation est gratuite lorsqu’elle est communiquée au moins 5 jours avant la date de la fête. Les annulations effectuées à moins de 5 jours sont soumises à des frais d’annulation de 50 €. Toute modification de date ou d’horaire dépend de la disponibilité et de la confirmation du Magic Park.
5. Règles de l’espace
Parents/guardians must disclose allergies, relevant needs and emergency contacts. Children and accompanying adults must follow staff instructions, equipment rules, capacity limits and safety rules.
6. Vacances d’été et activités extérieures
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, parents/guardians drop children directly at Fundão Campsite swimming pool at the indicated time. The programme may include swimming, travel to Parque do Convento, lunch, outdoor climbing, slackline and games, followed by a return to the pool after the digestion break.
Activities may be adjusted, replaced or cancelled due to weather, safety, instructions from venue authorities or organisational reasons. The legal representative must provide relevant information on swimming ability, health, allergies, medication and support needs.
7. Images
Image consent is optional, separate and does not affect participation. It may be withdrawn for future uses through the contacts in the Privacy Policy.
8. Responsabilité
Nothing in these terms excludes legally recognised consumer rights. Unforeseen situations will be resolved in good faith and under Portuguese law.
